NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

REZONE REQUEST

TUESDAY, OCTOBER 3, 2017

7:30 P.M.

 

A Public Hearing will be held Tuesday, October 3, 2017, at the Oneida Charter Township Hall, 11041 Oneida Rd., Grand Ledge, Michigan, 48837 at 7:30 p.m.  The purpose of the hearing is to hear from A Place of Change Ministries, property owner of parcels 030-014-200-050-02, 030-014-200-071-02, 030-014-200-085-00, and 030-014-200-091-00, at 11653 & 11615 Hartel Road, Grand Ledge, Michigan, for a rezone request from B-1 Local Business District and R-M1 High Density Residential to B-2 General Business District. 

 

The application and site plan are available for review in the office of the Zoning Administrator Monday-Thursday 8:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m.  Anyone having questions or needing assistance during or prior to the hearing can contact the Zoning Administrator, Melissa Goschka at 517-622-8078.

Written comments on this proposal will be accepted until Monday, October 2, 2017.

Below please find a Public Notice of the Zoning Ordinance Committee meeting scheduled to take place October 3, 2017 at 4:00 pm.  The Committee will be continuing their discussion on solar energy and what if any amendments may be needed to the Eaton County Land Development Code (zoning ordinance).
