The Zoning Board of Appeals shall hear and decide appeals from and review any order, requirement, decision, or determination made by the Zoning Administrator or other administrative officer or body of the Township in the administration of this Ordinance.  They shall hear and decide upon request for the interpretation of the provisions of the zoning ordinance, determine the precise location of the boundary lines between zoning districts upon appeal from a decision by the Zoning Administrator, hear and decide questions that arise in the administration of the zoning ordinance, including the interpretation of zoning maps.  They shall have the power to authorize specific variances from the requirements of the zoning ordinance.  They shall have the power to and must hear and decide matters referred to it or upon which it is required to pass under the zoning ordinance.
