ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
SOLAR ENERGY SYSTEMS

Tuesday, April 6, 2021

7:00 p.m.

A Public Hearing will be held Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. by the Oneida Charter Township Planning Commission.  The purpose of the hearing is to notify the public of a Zoning Ordinance Amendment for Chapter 3, Section 3.29 Solar Energy Systems, E.  Any Solar Energy System mounted on the roof of a property must be installed with a minimum three (3) foot setback from the edges of the roof, the peak, the eave, and the valley.  Exceptions must be reviewed by the Fire Chief of the local fire department on a case by case basis.

A Public Hearing will be held Tuesday, April 6, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. by the Oneida Charter Township Planning Commission.  The purpose of the hearing is to notify the public of an Ordinance to amend the Oneida Charter Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended, to update regulations pertaining to places of worship and to provide for the regulation of day cares operated by places of worship; in order to maintain the public health, safety, and welfare of the residents of and visitors to Oneida Charter Township.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
VARIANCE

Tuesday, April 6, 2021

8:00 p.m.

A Public Hearing will be held Tuesday, April 6, 2021, at the Oneida Charter Township Hall, 11041 Oneida Rd., Grand Ledge, Michigan, 48837 at 8:00 p.m.  The purpose of the hearing is to notify the public of a variance request for parcel 030-024-100-030-02 at 5262 & 5272 E. St. Joe Hwy., Grand Ledge, MI 48837.  There is a request to split the nonconforming parcel with two homes into two parcels.  Variance request is for road frontage, side yard setback, and 1:4 depth ratio.
